Poncirin

Anti-Hyperalgesia Agent

Poncirin is a bioactive flavonoid derived from Poncirus trifoliata, functioning primarily as an anti-hyperalgesia agent. It demonstrates significant efficacy in reducing mechanical hyperalgesia and allodynia in Complete Freund’s Adjuvant (CFA)-induced inflammatory pain models. Poncirin's anti-inflammatory properties make it a valuable reagent for research into pain mechanisms and the development of therapeutic strategies for pain management.
