PPIA Inhibitor
PPIA-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of peptidylprolyl isomerase A (PPIA) with a dissociation constant (KD) of 0.52 μM. This compound demonstrates significant antiproliferative effects across multiple cancer cell lines, with an IC50 value of 0.69 μM in HCT116 cells. PPIA-IN-1 induces G0/G1 phase cell cycle arrest, promotes reactive oxygen species (ROS) generation, and causes DNA damage, leading to apoptosis through the MAPK signaling pathway. Additionally, it exhibits anti-metastatic properties and demonstrates antitumor efficacy in mouse CT26 xenograft models, making it a valuable tool for cancer research.
