Endosomolytic Agent

ppTG21 is an endosomolytic agent that enhances the intracellular delivery of ribonucleoproteins (RNPs) such as Cas9-2lig-1NLS and Cas9-ASGPrL. By promoting endosomal escape, ppTG21 enables receptor-mediated, cell-type specific gene editing in cancer cells without the need for electroporation or transfection reagents.
