PR-104A

DNA Cross-linking Agent

PR-104A is a hypoxia-selective DNA cross-linking agent that operates through the selective generation of DNA damage under low oxygen conditions. This compound exhibits significant antitumor activity and serves as a potent cytotoxin. Metabolized by the 1-electron NADPH:cytochrome P450 oxidoreductase, PR-104A is particularly useful in research focused on relapsed or refractory T-lineage acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), providing insights into therapeutic strategies for challenging cancer types.
