PRCP Inhibitor
PrCP-7414 is a selective prolyl carboxypeptidase (PRCP) inhibitor that disrupts the PRCP-mediated activation of the IGF1R/HER3 signaling pathway, leading to downstream inhibition of AKT activation. This compound demonstrates significant pro-apoptotic and anti-tumor properties, exhibiting synergistic cytotoxic effects while inhibiting proliferation and survival in triple-negative breast cancer cells. PrCP-7414 is suitable for research aimed at understanding breast cancer mechanisms and developing targeted therapies.
