PrDiAzK
Bifunctional Amino Acid
PrDiAzK is a bifunctional amino acid that facilitates site-selective incorporation into proteins across both bacterial and mammalian cell cultures. This reagent enables proteome-wide incorporation through stochastic orthogonal recoding of translation (SORT). Additionally, PrDiAzK features an alkyne functional group, allowing it to participate in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) reactions with azide-containing molecules, thus expanding its utility in chemical biology and protein engineering applications.
