Precemtabart tocentecan
CEACAM5 ADC
Precemtabart tocentecan is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting the carcinoembryonic antigen-related cell adhesion molecule 5 (CEACAM5). This compound comprises a monoclonal antibody against CEACAM5, a cleavable β-glucuronide linker, and a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor payload, Exatecan. Precemtabart tocentecan effectively inhibits the proliferation of CEACAM5-expressing cancer cells and demonstrates substantial antitumor activity in xenograft models, making it a valuable reagent for studying advanced solid tumors, particularly metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC).
