preQ1 Substrate

PreQ1-biotin is a biotin-conjugated preQ1 substrate designed for RNA-TAG (transglycosylation at guanosine) and DNA-TAG applications. This reagent enables the affinity tagging and pull-down of specific RNAs that have been selectively modified by Escherichia coli tRNA guanine transglycosylase (TGT). PreQ1-biotin facilitates studies on RNA modifications and their functional implications in various biological contexts.
