MPNST Inhibitor

PRO-905 is a phosphite peptide that functions as a potent inhibitor of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors (MPNST) through its mechanism of delivering the active nucleotide antimetabolite thioguanosine monophosphate (TGMP). It effectively disrupts the incorporation of purine salvage substrates into nucleic acids, leading to a reduction in cell growth and colony formation in MPNST cells.
