PROLI NONOate
PROLI NONOate is a nitric oxide (NO) donor that releases NO in a pH-dependent manner. It undergoes a first-order dissociation process with a half-life of 1.8 seconds at 37°C and pH 7.4, producing two moles of NO per mole of the parent compound. This rapid release of nitric oxide makes PROLI NONOate a valuable tool for studying the biological effects of NO in various research applications, including cardiovascular, neurobiology, and cellular signaling studies.
