PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-27 is a PROTAC compound that selectively degrades BRD4 by recruiting E3 ubiquitin ligases, while minimizing effects on BRD2 and BRD3. This agent has demonstrated the ability to inhibit KLF5 transcription factor expression and exhibit anti-cancer activity. The compound consists of a Thalidomide-derived E3 ubiquitinase ligand, a γ-Aminobutyric acid linker, and a BRD4-targeting ligand, enabling effective degradation of the target protein in cellular models.
