PROTAC FSP1 Degrader 1 is a potent PROTAC compound designed to selectively degrade FSP1, leading to an increase in intracellular lipid peroxides. This reagent effectively promotes ferroptosis in conjunction with GPX4 inhibitors and significantly elevates reactive oxygen species (ROS) production. Additionally, PROTAC FSP1 Degrader 1 upregulates the mRNA expression of several ferroptosis-related proteins, including GPX4, FTH1, ACSL4, TfR1, and FSP1. This compound is particularly suitable for research focused on triple-negative breast cancer.
