PROTAC HER2 degrader
PROTAC HER2 degrader-1 is a selective PROTAC that targets the HER2 receptor, exhibiting a DC50 value of 69 nM with a Dmax of 96%. By inducing persistent HER2 degradation, it effectively inhibits cell proliferation and tumor growth in HER2-positive cancer models, while also suppressing critical downstream signaling pathways such as AKT and ERK. Additionally, PROTAC HER2 degrader-1 promotes apoptosis in BT-474 cells, making it a valuable tool for the study of HER2-positive malignancies.
