PROTAC SF3B1 Degrader
PROTAC-O4I2 is a targeted protein degraders (PROTAC) that specifically degrades splicing factor 3B1 (SF3B1). It demonstrates an IC50 value of 0.244 μM for inducing FLAG-SF3B1 degradation in K562 cells. Additionally, PROTAC-O4I2 promotes cellular apoptosis in K562 wild-type cells, making it a valuable tool for studying the functional role of SF3B1 in various biological contexts.
