With a DC50 of 10-100 nM for BRM and greater than 1 μM for BRG1 (SMARCA2), this compound offers potent and effective modulation of chromatin remodeling complexes. It is ideal for research applications studying the role of SMARCA2 in cancer biology and epigenetic regulation.
