PSMA Moderator
PSMA-D5 is a high-affinity PSMA antagonist, exhibiting a binding affinity with a Ki of 0.21 nM. This compound is designed for PSMA tracing applications following radiolabeling, featuring a DOTA chelator that facilitates the attachment of therapeutic radionuclides such as 177Lu and 225Ac. PSMA-D5 ([68Ga]-labeled) demonstrates superior pharmacokinetic properties and shows significant tumor uptake in 22Rv1 tumor models. It serves as a valuable tool for the synthesis and study of Radionuclide-Drug Conjugates (RDCs) in targeted therapy research.
