PTERi
PTER Inhibitor
PTERi is a selective inhibitor of the enzyme PTER, demonstrating selectivity for histone deacetylases (HDACs). This compound has been shown to elevate N-acetyltaurine levels in both lean and obese murine models, while concurrently reducing food intake in obese mice. PTERi is an important tool for investigating mechanisms related to obesity and metabolic regulation.
