Purine riboside triphosphate

Triphosphate Derivative

Purine riboside triphosphate is a triphosphate derivative that serves as an active metabolite in various biochemical pathways. This compound effectively inhibits DNA primase and exhibits significant activity against both ATP and GTP polymerization with IC50 values of 35 µM and 28 µM, respectively, for human DNA primase. Additionally, Purine riboside triphosphate inhibits calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CaMKII) with a Ki value of 590 µM. Its applications are relevant in studies of nucleic acid synthesis and kinase signaling pathways.
