LOXL2/3 Inhibitor
PXS-5120A is a potent, irreversible inhibitor of Lysyl Oxidase-like 2 and 3 (LOXL2/3), exhibiting significant anti-fibrotic activity. This compound demonstrates over 300-fold selectivity for LOXL2, with a Ki value of 83 nM and a pIC50 of 8.4, compared to LOXL, which has a pIC50 of 5.8. PXS-5120A is suitable for research focused on fibrotic diseases and related pathological conditions where LOXL2/3 activity is implicated.
