pyCTZ

CTZ Analogue

pyCTZ (Pyridyl Coelenterazine) is a pyridyl analog of coelenterazine that acts as an ATP-independent substrate for LumiLuc luciferase. This reagent produces robust blue bioluminescence when reacted with luciferases, making it an ideal tool for luminescence-based assays. Additionally, pyCTZ is suitable for aequorin-based calcium sensing applications, facilitating studies in cellular calcium dynamics and signaling pathways.
