Pyrazinib

Radiosensitiser

Pyrazinib is a potent radiosensitizer that targets angiogenesis and metabolic pathways in esophageal adenocarcinoma (EAC) cells, effectively reducing their radioresistance. This compound modulates the secretion of key cytokines, including IL-6, IL-4, IL-8, and IL-13, in radioresistant EAC cell lines. Additionally, Pyrazinib demonstrates significant inhibition of blood vessel formation in zebrafish models, making it a valuable tool for research in cancer therapeutics and radiosensitization strategies.
