Quinaprilat hydrate
ACE Inhibitor
Quinaprilat hydrate is an active metabolite and a non-mercapto Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. It effectively inhibits the conversion of angiotensin I to angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor, while also preventing the degradation of bradykinin.
