PDK1 Activator
(R)-PS210 is an allosteric activator of 3-phosphoinositide-dependent protein kinase-1 (PDK1) that selectively enhances its activity with an AC50 value of 1.8 μM. By targeting the PIF-binding pocket of PDK1, (R)-PS210 facilitates increased phosphorylation of downstream substrates.
