RA375

RPN13 Inhibitor

RA375 is an inhibitor of RPN13, a regulatory subunit of the 26S proteasome. This compound activates unfolded protein response (UPR) signaling, resulting in increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) production and induction of apoptosis. RA375 demonstrates superior potency, exhibiting ten-fold greater efficacy against cancer cell lines compared to RA190, likely due to its unique nitro ring substituents and the presence of a chloroacetamide warhead. This compound is valuable for research in cancer biology and therapeutic strategies targeting proteasomal pathways.
