(Rac)-EBET-1055
Racemate
(Rac)-EBET-1055 is a racemic mixture of the PROTAC degrader EBET-1055, targeting bromodomain and extra-terminal (BET) proteins. This compound effectively inhibits the growth of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) while modulating the activity of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs).
