Racemate of LRK-4189
(Rac)-LRK-4189 is the racemic mixture of the selective PIP4K2C PROTAC degrader LRK-4189. This compound demonstrates potent biological activity with a DC50 of less than 500 nM for PIP4K2C in MOLT-4 cells, promoting antitumor effects by inducing intrinsic cell death and activating interferon signaling pathways. (Rac)-LRK-4189 is applicable in research focused on immune-mediated tumor cell killing, particularly in studies involving microsatellite stable (MSS) colorectal carcinoma.
