(Rac)-Roscovitine
CDKs Inhibitor
(Rac)-Roscovitine is a selective inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases (CDKs), functioning by competitively binding to their active sites in place of ATP. This mechanism effectively inhibits CDK phosphorylation activity, leading to apoptosis in cancer cells.
