Rac1-IN-5
RAC1 Inhibitor
Rac1-IN-5 is a potent and reversible inhibitor of the RAC1 protein, with a binding affinity (KD) of 30 nM. It functions by competing with guanine nucleotides for the binding site on RAC proteins, thereby effectively inhibiting RAC1 activity and associated cellular functions. This compound demonstrates significant anti-tumor metastatic properties in vivo and has the potential to enhance survival rates. Rac1-IN-5 is valuable for investigating invasive cancers, including triple-negative breast cancer and colon cancer.
