Rac1 Inhibitor

Rac1-IN-6 is a selective inhibitor of the Rac1 protein, primarily targeting its activation induced by the Escherichia coli CNF1 toxin. This compound exhibits significant antimalarial activity, demonstrating growth suppression of chloroquine-sensitive Plasmodium falciparum D10 with an IC50 of 76.0 nM, as well as chloroquine-resistant Plasmodium falciparum W2 with an IC50 of 236.6 nM. Rac1-IN-6 is valuable for research into Rac1-related signaling pathways and malaria therapies.
