Raloxifene alkene

Serum Cholesterol Clearance Agent

Raloxifene alkene is a selective estrogen receptor modulator primarily targeting serum cholesterol levels. It demonstrates significant anti-proliferative effects on breast adenocarcinoma cells, making it valuable in cancer research. In ovariectomized rat models, Raloxifene alkene effectively reduces serum cholesterol without adversely affecting uterine weight or increasing inflammatory cells. This compound is particularly relevant for studies focused on post-menopausal syndromes, including osteoporosis and estrogen-dependent cancers.
