Raludotatug Deruxtecan
CDH6 Targeting Agent
Raludotatug Deruxtecan is an antibody-drug conjugate targeting CDH6 with an EC50 of 64.7 ng/mL in humans. This compound binds specifically to CDH6 on cancer cell surfaces, facilitating lysosomal internalization and subsequent release of the DXd payload, which inhibits topoisomerase I (TOP1). Raludotatug Deruxtecan effectively induces DNA damage, Chk1 phosphorylation, and activates apoptosis through caspase-3 cleavage, also promoting bystander cell death. It is particularly relevant for research in serous ovarian cancer and renal cell carcinoma.
