Raspberry ketone glucoside

Melanogenesis Inhibitor

Raspberry ketone glucoside is a melanogenesis inhibitor that primarily targets the IL6/JAK1/STAT3 signaling pathway. It effectively reduces melanogenesis by inhibiting the transcriptional activity of MITFa and downregulating the expression levels of key genes such as TYR and TYRP1a. This compound demonstrates significant whitening activity in both B16F10 cells in vitro and zebrafish models in vivo, making it a valuable tool for research in skin pigmentation and related fields.
