RBC6
RalA Inhibitor
RBC6 is a potent inhibitor of the GTPase RalA, effectively disrupting its interaction with the effector protein RALBP1. This compound has demonstrated the capacity to inhibit Ral-mediated cell spreading in murine embryonic fibroblasts and to suppress anchorage-independent growth in human cancer cell lines. RBC6 is a valuable tool for investigating RalA signaling pathways and their roles in cancer biology.
