Remisporine B

Immunosuppressive Agent

Remisporine B is a polyketide with immunosuppressive properties, isolated from Penicillium sp. ZJ-SY2. It effectively inhibits concanavalin A-induced T-cell proliferation and lipopolysaccharide-induced B-cell proliferation in mouse splenic lymphocytes, with IC50 values of 30.1 µg/mL and 32.4 µg/mL, respectively. This compound is valuable for research applications focusing on T-cell and B-cell modulation.
