RET-IN-7
RET Inhibitor
RET-IN-7 is a selective inhibitor of the RET kinase signaling pathway. It exhibits significant inhibition of RET activity in vitro and shows strong efficacy in vivo in models of RET-driven tumors following prolonged dosing in murine xenograft studies. This compound is valuable for research into targeted therapies for cancers associated with RET mutations and alterations.
