RG3039 (hydrochloride)
DcpS Inhibitor
RG3039 (hydrochloride) is a potent inhibitor of DcpS, exhibiting an IC50 of 4.2 nM against human DcpS. This compound effectively inhibits the decapping activity of DcpS, stabilizing it in a catalytically inactive conformation within the central nervous system and other tissues.
