Ricinine

Hepatoprotection

Ricinine is a known hepatoprotective agent that alleviates liver damage induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4). In addition to its protective effects, ricinine acts as a CK1α inhibitor, which may lead to the activation of the Wnt signaling pathway. This compound is valuable for research focused on liver pathology and the exploration of therapeutic targets in hepatoprotection.
