Risvodetinib

Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor

Risvodetinib is a selective protein tyrosine kinase inhibitor that primarily targets c-Abl1 and c-Abl2/Arg with IC50 values of 33 nM and 14 nM, respectively. This orally active compound demonstrates significant efficacy in suppressing c-Abl activation, offering neuroprotective effects on dopaminergic neurons in mouse models of both inherited and sporadic Parkinson’s disease. Risvodetinib is a promising reagent for research focused on the mechanisms of Parkinson’s disease and potential therapeutic interventions.
