Ritonavir-13C3

Ritonavir-13C3 is a stable isotope-labeled derivative of Ritonavir, which primarily acts as an inhibitor of HIV protease. In addition to its role in the treatment of HIV infection and AIDS, Ritonavir-13C3 also demonstrates inhibition of SARS-CoV 3CLpro with an IC50 value of 1.61 μM.
