Anti-human HER2 Antibody

Rolditamig is a recombinant humanized antibody targeting the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2). This antibody can be conjugated with an enzyme-cleavable linker and a topoisomerase I inhibitor, resulting in the antibody-drug conjugate TQB2102. Rolditamig is primarily used in research focused on solid tumors, particularly HER2-positive breast cancer, facilitating studies on therapeutic strategies targeting this receptor.
