RSK Inhibitor
RSK-IN-2 is a potent inhibitor of the RSK family of kinases, demonstrating IC50 values of 37.89 nM for RSK2, 30.78 nM for RSK1, 20.51 nM for RSK3, and 91.28 nM for RSK4. This compound effectively inhibits tumor cell proliferation, induces apoptosis, and enforces cell cycle arrest at the G2/M phase.
