RSK2 Inhibitor
RSK2-IN-2 is a reversible covalent inhibitor targeting the RPS6KA3 (RSK2) kinase. This compound also exhibits inhibitory activity against MSK1, MSK2, and RSK3. RSK2-IN-2 is useful for studies investigating signal transduction pathways, particularly those involving the RSK family of kinases, and can aid in the exploration of therapeutic strategies in oncology and related fields.
