Avb6 Inhibitor

RTDLDSLRTYTL is a potent alpha (v) beta (6) integrin (avb6) inhibitor that exhibits high affinity and specificity. By binding to avb6 integrin, this compound facilitates the activation of cytotoxic T cell responses, including the production of interferon-gamma. Developed as a chimeric T cell antigen receptor (CAR), RTDLDSLRTYTL enables T cells to selectively target and eliminate tumor cells. This reagent is applicable in cancer immunotherapy research and the development of targeted therapies.
