AGE Inhibitor

RuDiOBn is a potent inhibitor of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) formation, demonstrating an IC50 of 2.45 μg/mL. This compound exhibits mild antioxidant activity, as evidenced by its capacity to scavenge DPPH and ABTS free radicals, achieving 13.2% and 5.9% clearance at 100 μg/mL, respectively. RuDiOBn is effective in enhancing fibroblast proliferation and migration while stimulating collagen synthesis, thereby supporting skin repair and regeneration. Additionally, it demonstrates the ability to inhibit collagenase, making it valuable for research into aging and tissue regeneration applications.
