NHR2 Inhibitor
RUNX1/ETO tetramerization-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of RUNX1/ETO tetramerization, targeting the NHR2 domain with an EC50 of 0.25 μM. This small-molecule compound demonstrates significant anti-leukemic effects by restoring gene expression suppressed by RUNX1/ETO. Additionally, RUNX1/ETO tetramerization-IN-1 effectively inhibits the proliferation of RUNX1/ETO-dependent SKNO-1 cells and reduces tumor growth associated with RUNX1/ETO in preclinical mouse models, making it a valuable tool for research on leukemia and related hematological disorders.
