RyR1-IN-1
RyR1 Inhibitor
RyR1-IN-1 is a selective inhibitor of the Ryanodine Receptor type 1 (RyR1) with an IC50 value of 12 nM. It effectively blocks calcium release from the sarcoplasmic reticulum, mitigating muscle tetany induced by caffeine and thermal stress. Additionally, RyR1-IN-1 has demonstrated the ability to prevent hyperthermia and mortality associated with isoflurane exposure and heat stress. This compound is valuable for research focused on heat stroke and related physiological responses.
