(S)-TNG260
Isomer
(S)-TNG260 is an isomer of TNG260 and functions as a selective inhibitor of CoREST deacetylase (CoreDAC). It demonstrates a tenfold selectivity for inhibiting HDAC1 over HDAC3, effectively reversing anti-PD1 resistance associated with STK11 deletion. Additionally, (S)-TNG260 reduces neutrophil infiltration within tumors and promotes immune-mediated cell death. This compound is valuable for studies investigating epigenetic regulation in cancer therapy and immune response modulation.
