Taxane

SB-T-1214 is a taxane compound that effectively inhibits the expression of key stem cell-related genes, including Oct4, Sox2, and c-Myc. This compound induces apoptosis in colon cancer spheroids that contain drug-resistant tumorigenic CD133+/CD44+ cells and significantly suppresses tumor growth in Pgp+ DLD-1 human colon tumor xenograft models. SB-T-1214 is valuable for antitumor research, particularly for exploring therapeutic strategies against drug-resistant tumors, such as those found in colon, pancreatic, and renal cancers.
