SBI-183
QSOX1 Inhibitor
SBI-183 is a selective inhibitor of QSOX1, demonstrating a binding affinity with a Kd of 20 μM. This compound effectively suppresses both the proliferative and invasive characteristics of various cancer cell lines, including those associated with triple-negative breast cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Additionally, SBI-183 has been shown to inhibit tumor growth in two human xenograft mouse models of renal cell carcinoma, making it a valuable tool for cancer research applications targeting tumor progression and metastasis.
