SC-57461 is a highly selective, orally bioavailable inhibitor of Leukotriene A4 (LTA4) hydrolase, exhibiting IC50 values of 2.5 nM, 3 nM, and 23 nM for recombinant human, mouse, and rat LTA4 hydrolase, respectively. This compound is effective in modulating inflammatory responses by interrupting the leukotriene biosynthesis pathway.
